Silverking Suite

Was a great day, close to downtown and within walking distance of everything. Host is very responsive and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in Nelson.

While the driveway may be a little hard to find initially, this place was a gem. Walkable to everything, quiet, comfortable. I hope we’re lucky enough to get to visit again.

Maria was beyond kind and accommodating- we made an error with the reservation and she helped us correct it, was so patient and supportive. An Airbnb host could have taken our money and spoiled our trip, but Maria did the opposite and seriously made our trip wonderful! We are SO grateful to her and had an awesome time in her home 🙂

Maria was such a delightful host. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed including some restaurant recommendations.

The apartment was exactly how it is described and it was very well appointed with a lot of personal touches. We would definitely reserve this unit or another of her places if we return to Nelson. What a great little spot.

Well located and a good value, Nelson is a fun town to visit.

It may be a little hard to find, but it was a clean and comfortable place to stay just a block or two from the vibrant downtown Nelson vibe. An epic blend of modern appliances and cottage cute.

Beautifully decorated suite in the heart of downtown Nelson! Couldn’t have found a better downtown location; very private, comfortable and convenient to all amenities. Maria offers all personal touches, care and activity suggestions. Suite is roomy, very clean and welcoming. We stayed in the Silverking Suite for an extended stay and did not want to leave. Maria and her staff ensure a wonderful stay. We will be back!!

Nice place. Clean, well located and had it all. The front facing photo on ABNB is the front of the building, which is a dentist office. The unit is tucked under in back facing the other direction. Not an issue for us because it was very convenient to load/unload. We did hear foot light traffic from above in the early morning. The place is very well set up for everything you need in a stay. Close by to Baker St. and the Co-op within a couple blocks. I'd stay again for sure.

Maria is incredibly hospitable. The suite was super clean, well provisioned, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We really appreciated the full kitchen for preparing breakfasts and lunches for our day's adventure. It is close to downtown, shopping and lakeside walks. The suite's vibe is homey and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I'm SO glad I discovered Maria's listing on Airbnb!! The Silverking Suite at Mistiso's Place was exactly what I was looking for. Somewhere super central in Nelson, BC that was accessible with easy parking. (I planned to host my mum & stepdad for Christmas dinner; mum uses a walker).

The suite was SUPER cosy and extremely well appointed!! Honestly, I've traveled the world and stayed in numerous high end hotels and other Airbnbs. The quality of what Maria includes in her property was super impressive: high thread count 100% cotton sheets. (680 thread count, I checked the label when stripping the bed upon leaving - haha!!). An all bamboo mattress cover. SUPER comfortable bed & Calvin Klein pillows. An abundance of luxury thick towels and washcloths. Beautiful big kitchen with every appliance & cookware one could need.

What I also loved was Maria's own artwork on the walls + all the special Christmas décor!! Such attention to detail!!

I'll be back! 🙂

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Nelson to attend a wedding. We booked a 3-day stay at Mistiso's place. It is well located in Nelson, within walking distance of shopping, pubs and restaurants. The unit is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and cozy, with parking right at the front door. We would recommend Mistiso's place to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Nelson, BC.

Great place. Location was excellent and Maria was great. It was a little dark inside the unit but was very comfy.

Wonderful accommodations! Very clean, comfortable and homey. The location is outstanding within a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Maria was very helpful and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again when in Nelson. Five stars all around!
