This year I’m choosing spaciousness over busyness—because honestly, I’m done collecting stress like it’s a hobby😅.

I’m committing to caring for my body and nervous system with more kindness… moving, resting, getting outside, and listening instead of pushing.

And most of all, I’m leaning even deeper into connection—through hosting, dance, community, and those simple moments that remind us we belong.

To everyone who stayed with us, supported my little worlds (rentals + tango + community)… thank you. You’ve made this journey so meaningful.💗

Made it to #RichmondBC last night to see my folks — and wow, that was a trek.

Twelve hours on the road from Nelson to Vancouver, two detours, and we passed seven accidents😨. We drove through everything: rain, a windstorm, snow, and black ice… nature was definitely in charge.

And then, near the end of the trip, we got this gift of a sky — the most beautiful red-pink, pinkish clouds.

We’re here safe, a bit wiped, and so happy to be with family for Christmas.🎄✨🙏

There’s something so special about walking through the neighbourhood together, singing at people’s homes, and watching faces light up at the door. It felt simple and beautiful—just sharing a little warmth and Christmas spirit, and bringing smiles to folks.

In times of trouble — in those darker, heavier moments that life brings — I often try to ground myself by looking at what I can be grateful for. And every single time, this community shines like a warm light.
