Are you pet-friendly?
We are dog-friendly ONLY in:
• Purcell Suite (two-bedroom, ground floor)
• Silver King Suite (one-bedroom, ground floor)
All other suites are pet-free to support allergy-sensitive guests.
A pet fee applies for guests bringing dogs.
Please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure a dog-friendly suite is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellations with 14+ days’ notice: deposit refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee
• Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice: deposit forfeited unless the suite is rebooked for the full duration
• No refunds for early departures
• Rain checks may be offered for weather-related disruptions
Is there laundry available?
Our on-site laundry facilities are not accessible to guests.
We recommend Plaza Laundromat at 616 Front Street. They offer both self-serve and drop-off laundry services, allowing you to enjoy your time while your laundry is handled for you.
Do you have a hot-tub?
We do not have a hot tub on-site.
However, the Nelson & District Community Complex, just steps away, offers:
• Hot tub
• Sauna
• Steam room
• Swimming pool
• Fitness centre
Do you provide baby equipment (playpen, booster seat, etc.)?
Yes. We can provide a playpen or booster seat upon request.
Please mention this when booking.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes. All kitchens and kitchenettes include:
• Pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery
• Basic cookware and utensils
• Small appliances (varies per suite)
• Access to a shared BBQ in the pergola area
Do I need to bring linens or towels?
No, all linens, towels, extra blankets, and pillows are provided.
Fresh items are available upon request for extended stays.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge.
Do you have electric vehicle charging?
We do not have a dedicated EV charging station on-site, but we provide basic overnight charging through a 120V outdoor plug near the Purcell and Silver King Suites. (Guests must bring their own Level 1 charging cord.)
For faster Level 2 charging:
⚡ A fully equipped EV charging station is available just below us at the
Nelson & District Community Complex, only a short walk away.
