Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: It is our policy to charge 50% deposit of the total cost to secure the suite for those dates. When 14 or more days’ notice is given, your deposit will be refunded, less a $30 cancellation fee. When less than 14 days’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited unless we’re able to re-rent the entire suite. We will happily refund the deposit less the $30 cancellation fee.Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Rain checks will be gladly issued in case of inclement weather.
Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: We are a pet-free accommodation due to allergy concerns.
Q: Is there a laundry facility in the suites?
A: Unfortunately, our laundry facility is not easily accessible to our guests so we recommend our guests to go to Plaza Laundromat at 616 Front St, Nelson, BC. You can reach them at 250-352-6077.
This place has a drop-off service during weekdays from 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM. It costs about $10/load, includes soap and stuff, folding and bagging.
There’s also a service they provide where they will flip laundry from washer to dryer for $1.50/load extra so you don’t have to wait around for the laundry cycle to finish. This service allows you to do something else during the laundry/drying duration, which is great!
Q: Do you have a hot-tub?
A: No, but we are only steps away from the Nelson & District Community Complex Facilities, Recreation & Leisure Service, located at 305 Hall St., Nelson, BC, V1L 5X4. There, the young and old can enjoy the swimming pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub.
Q: Can you provide a playpen or booster seat?
A: Yes. If you require a playpen or booster seat, please be sure to make this request upon booking.
Q: Do you provide cooking utensils and other kitchenware?
A: All our kitchens are well-equipped with every basic thing you need for cooking. We also have a communal BBQ grill in the pergola area.
Q: Do I need to bring linens or towels?
A: We provide necessary towels, linens and extra blankets and pillows for our guests. For extended stays, we provide fresh towels and linens upon request.
Q: Can we book less than 3 nights?
A: We occasionally do accept bookings of less than 3 nights during the slow months, depending on the availability. It is best to call and check with us.
