Rates & Policies

Our rates and policies include:

  • Rates start at $99/nt to $195/ nt + 15% tax
  • All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional $30/nt per extra person
  • Ask about our weekly and monthly rates and specials. We have midweek or last minute deals as we strive to provide you the BEST RATE possible (based on availability of course) Call us at 1-250-354-8085 !
  • Advanced bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment
  • For extended stays, house-keeping services are available upon request for a nominal fee
  • 50% deposit is required upon booking
  • The balance of your payment is appreciated 1 week in advance or upon your arrival
  • Check in after 4:00 PM, check out at 11:00 AM
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights required

Cancellation Policy

When 14 or more days’ notice is given, your deposit will be refunded, less a $30 cancellation fee. When less than 14 days’ notice is given, the entire deposit will be forfeited unless we’re able to re-rent the entire suite. If the entire suite is re-rented, we will happily refund the deposit less the $30 cancellation fee.

Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Rain checks will be gladly issued in case of inclement weather.
